P069E P2535 codes 2014 Chevy Cruze 1.4 ecotec

I had my chevy cruze jumpstarted and after running it for 30 minutes. When it was jump started the check engine light came on and after driving the car I checked what codes popped up and it was p069e and p2535.  I haven’t drove my car since january 23 because I broke my right ankle and was recovering. Does anyone know what the problem is.

P2535 OBD-II Trouble Code: Ignition Switch Run/Start Position Circuit High

The trouble codes were probably set because of low voltage when you jump started it.

Have you tried to erase the trouble code memory??

  2. I tried to erase the codes but it said i need to turn the car on without starting the engine my is a push button starter so i pushed it once.

  3. I erased the codes on thursday but then on friday my car wouldn’t start, does it need a new battery. I mean when I drove on wednesday and the driver information in the dashboard said the battery had 14.1 to 14.3 volts. What do you think?
