chrysler convorde 3.5 running hot

2002 chrysler concorde 3.5 liter. Thermostat changed, bled the valves of all air.  Plenty of fliud. Still running hot. No water or liquid of any kind noticeably leaking. Thoughts?

    Hello

    If the thermostat is working properly I would have checked that you have any flow. You can check with a laser heat meter where the heat is stuck.
    Open the radiator cap when cold and see if you have any flow.
    Do you get any heat inside car?

    Possible causes:
    Waterpump dont pump around coolant
    If you get much air fast into the coolant it could be a leaking head gasket.
