I have a 2002 Ford Taurus it’s leaking coolant water out of the engine right beside the oil pan bad it looks like a blown seal.what can this be?

Which engine do you have?Could you post a picture of the leak so I can see where it’s coming from?
If you can’t spot where the leak is coming from, usually what I do is to put pressure on the coolant system with a tool like this:Mityvac MV4560 Radiator/Cooling System and Pressure Test Kit
Check if you can lend from someone or want to buy one. Just make sure that it will fit your coolant cap.A very nice tool to have when you are checking for coolant leaks.
