Pulley Tensioner BMW 2009
I took my 2009 BMW to the dealership to have the pulley tensioner replaced. Two days later the car stalled on me at the red light. I towed it back to the dealership and they stated I need a new battery. Would the pulley tensioner if installed wrong cause the battery to die.

Hello
It sounds a bit strange, normally the engine won’t die if the battery is bad. When the engine is on, the battery is charged by the alternator.
The pulley does not have anything to do with the battery, if not the multi-rim jumped off, but there should be some warning-lights before then 🙂
